I believe everyone should have a safe space where healing can begin.
Processing life’s difficult challenges is never easy. In my line of work I’ve discovered that healing is a natural result of feeling safe in your own skin. As your therapist, I bring empathy, authenticity, and competence. Together we will work through the highs and lows with the common goal of addressing barriers to living a fulfilling life.
I take pride in being able to support my clients in making progress. In my sessions, I utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. These scientifically-supported approaches help individuals discover patterns and take appropriate steps to create a healthier experience.
I welcome adults and adolescents over the age of 16 years old in individual therapy.
