Together, we will develop an understanding of your unique needs and capabilities so that you can confidently manage life stressors, navigate your relationships, and secure an innate sense of wholeness.
Whether in-person or online, I offer a space where you can feel unconditionally accepted. In a warm and non-judgmental environment, I will work alongside you as we identify patterns of mood and behavior that are hindering your personal growth. Working within a psychodynamic framework, I will help you gain emotional insight, integrate your own unique history, and develop secure and enriching relationships.
I have received post-graduate training in attachment-based therapy, somatic therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I received my master’s degree in clinical social work from Boston University before beginning my career as a mental health therapist in outpatient community psychiatry. I have had the opportunity to work with individuals from various cultural backgrounds dealing with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and serious mental illness.
